PLEASE NOTE:  BEGINNING FALL/WINTER OF THE 23/24 SEASON OUR WAIVER REQUIREMENTS WILL BE CHANGING.  YOUR COACH/TEAM CAPTAIN WILL SEND YOU A LINK TO CREATE YOUR DOME ACCOUNT AND SIGN YOUR LIABILITY WAIVER.
