Greg Allen - General Manager

Greg Allen, our esteemed General Manager, joined the Dome staff in 2000, bringing with him a robust background in soccer coaching and instruction. With an impressive career as the head varsity coach at Westborough High School for 19 years, Greg led his team to a state championship victory in 2003. He played his college soccer at Framingham State College, further solidifying his expertise in the sport.

Greg's experience extends beyond coaching at Westborough High School. With over 40 years as a clinician, he has worked with a variety of schools, including Bridgewater/Raynham High School, Coyle Cassidy High School, and Stonehill College. His extensive knowledge and passion for soccer have made him a sought-after clinician and mentor.

At the Bridgewater Dome, Greg brings unparalleled enthusiasm and a positive approach to working with kids and sports. His dedication to fostering a love for the game and developing young athletes is evident in everything he does.

Greg Visinho - Operations Manager

Greg Visinho, our Operations Manager, rejoined the Dome staff in 2008, bringing a deep familiarity with the facility and an extensive soccer background. Greg's coaching career spans over 13 years at the college level, with notable stints at UMass Boston and Emmanuel College. Additionally, he has over 20 years of experience coaching at different levels, covering Youth, High School, Collegiate, and Professional levels.

Greg holds prestigious coaching licenses from the USSF, UEFA, USC, Coerver Coaching and the NFHS.

In addition to his soccer expertise, Greg is a certified Strength and Conditioning Coach. He also owns and operates Athlete Performance Academy, where he trains athletes of all ages, demonstrating his commitment to athlete development and performance.

Michael Cammuso - Facility Manager

Michael Cammuso, who served as our General Manager for 27 years, now brings his extensive experience to the role of part-time Facility Manager. With over 40 years of involvement in soccer, Michael has a rich background in coaching and playing at both the collegiate and high school levels. His impressive coaching career includes roles at the College of the Holy Cross, Fitchburg State College, and Assumption College.

Since 1994, Michael has been a cornerstone of the Bridgewater Dome, initially as the Sports Coordinator and later as General Manager. He holds a USSF 'B' Coaching License and has led instructional soccer for athletes of all ages.

Jeff Masse - Sports Coordinator

Jeff Masse serves as a Sports Coordinator at the Bridgewater Dome, bringing a wealth of experience and dedication to his role. With 15 years of service at the Bridgewater Dome, Jeff has been a vital part of our team, contributing in various capacities over the years.

Jeff has an extensive background in soccer coaching, spanning over 15 years. He continues to coach club soccer, where he has played a significant role in developing some of the best players in the South Shore and beyond. His coaching credentials are impressive, holding licenses from: USSF, USC and Liverpool FC

Jeff's passion for sports and his commitment to the community shine through in his work at the Bridgewater Dome. His experience and expertise make him an invaluable asset to our team, and we are proud to have him on board.
